How long is the wait time for customs/made to order pieces?

Processing and production time of pieces made-to-order is currently up to 8 weeks. 

All pieces are handmade individually by me, I appreciate your patience!

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final, including custom and semi-custom pieces.

Do you do repairs?

Yes! 

If something is damaged in transit, I am happy to repair it for you for free– the only cost to you is shipping.

If something is damaged during wear I am also happy to repair it for a small fee + shipping! Please get in touch using my contact form or my email to eyesupherestudio@gmail.com

Can I change my address?

If there a mistake in your order’s address, please reach out within 48 hours of placing your order!

After that, there is still a chance I can adjust the address, but it cannot be guaranteed since the order might already be in processing.

If an item has already processed/shipped, the address cannot be changed.

My order says it was delivered, but I can’t find it. What do I do now?

Unfortunately once the item has been transferred to the mail service, it is out of my control. However, all packages are insured through USPS!

If it has been 15 days since the item says it was delivered and it still hasn’t showed up, please reach out to me. Once that time window has passed we can file a claim with USPS for the insurance on the package to refund/replace the item.

How do I care for my jewelry?

For longevity, please avoid wearing your jewelry in water or while working out.

Handle with care– many of our beads are made of glass.
